ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE:

Click on the product category of the product for which you are looking. Not sure what product you are looking for? Click on Search Our Products to search our entire online catalog. Look for the items you want and order them by clicking your mouse on the item, selecting any options for that item and clicking the Add to Basket button. Fill your shopping cart with as many products as you would like and follow the step-by-step instructions. It's easy. If you prefer not to order over the Internet, you can also:

ORDER TOLL FREE BY PHONE:

You can download and print a copy of the order form by clicking on Download Order Form. Fill out the order form, have your credit card number ready and call us at  1-888-49-DANCE (1-888-493-2623).  We will have our phones ready to assist you.  Call us between the hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET on Saturdays.  Please do not leave messages other than e-mail. 

ORDER BY MAIL:

Fax your order with all the appropriate information included as to the method of payment to: (407) 366-4583. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Your order is very important to us and we know that it is very important to you to have it acted on quickly. Complete orders will be shipped immediately. We will hold incomplete orders for only a short time so that we can ship all your items complete. If an item in your order will be delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will ship what we can quickly and then send out a second shipment at no additional cost to you. If there are unusual delays or problems with any specific items, we will stay in touch with you with all updates. We will do everything in our power to get you the items on your order by the date you specify. If it is not possible to do so, we will advise you as such. ALWAYS BE SURE TO LET US KNOW WHEN A SPECIFIC ORDER IS FOR A SHOW OR MIGHT BE NEEDED FOR A SPECIAL DATE.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Call for return authorization.  No return will be accepted without a return authorization.  No exchanges will be made until returned merchandise is received in its original new condition, not worn, in its original packaging and with its original invoice. Shipping fees will be charged on all exchanges. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged for returned items.  SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers. ONLINE PRICES ARE FOR INTERNET ORDERS ONLY.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most shipping in the United States is done through United Parcel Service. Under certain circumstances, US Mail or other carrier will be used. When absolutely necessary, UPS will deliver Next Day Air Packages on Saturday for an additional  charge.


Priority Mail Should Be Used For Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO. Of Course, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can use UPS Second Day Air at Greater Expense.

International Shipment Freight Charges Will Vary By Weight and Destination Plus a $5.00 Handling Fee.
